Hansung Kim 547216d43f [tests] reduce0, DotProduct: include LLVM_PREFIX in LD_LIBRARY_PATH ...

Without this, poclcc fails with
`error while loading shared libraries: libclangCodeGen.so.10: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory`.
Also fix wrong kernel file name.
