Yutaka Ishikawa 4ac1efae6c - mcstat is a tool to report McKernel statistics from Linux side.

This is a response to a CEA's request.
	- The tools directory is created under the mckernel directory.
	- Some include files are now installed in the install directory,
	  but we should rethink of it.
